It’s worth knowing that modal is a semi-synthetic cellulosic fiber (wood pulp, chemically processed), so this isn’t a “100% natural” underwear in the strictest sense — but at 38% of the blend with cotton as the majority, you’re getting the performance boost without losing cotton’s dominant feel.
The 5% spandex is just there for retention, keeping the waistband and leg openings from sagging or losing shape wash after wash. No health claim needed there; it’s purely functional.

That range alone puts them ahead of a lot of “natural fiber” competitors who quietly cap out around a Large.

You can actually feel that intentionality in practice. On the Mid Rise Thong, the gusset ran a little wide on me, which is not a complaint I’ve ever had about underwear before. Historically, I’m dealing with the opposite problem. The seams are slightly noticeable under tight clothing, which is worth naming, but otherwise this is a well-constructed option that makes me feel sexy and lets me forget I’m wearing underwear at all. Both of those things are non-negotiable in my personal search for quality natural fiber underwear.

G-String Review (92/100)
The style I was sure I’d hate — and didn’t
I am historically not a g-string person. So this score genuinely surprised me. The slightly curved design of the back panel is far more comfortable than I expected going in, and the 6-inch gusset provides more coverage than a g-string usually gets credit for.
I can confirm zero lip slips. I also didn’t feel the need to readjust throughout the day, which is the real test for any style like this.
The one honest callout: the thin seam waistband and seams are mildly noticeable — not a dealbreaker, but worth flagging for anyone with sensory sensitivities who wants to know what they’re getting into before they buy.

This wasn’t a one-and-done impression either. The Bikini Brief specifically went through multiple nights of overnight wear with zero noticeable dampness, and the G-String held up through two full days of testing with zero readjusting needed.
